Nestled into the curves of the Vermillion River, Bellwether Farm is a camp, retreat, and education center dedicated to exposing the wider community to the creation that sustains all of life. As a working farm, its life focuses on four primary activities.

**What to Expect:**
**Winter Crafts Workshop** 5:00 pm: Dive into the joy of crafting as you create stunning, handmade gifts and decorations using natural, seasonal materials. These creations are perfect for heartfelt gifting or adding a cozy touch to your home.
**Seasonal Mocktail Making** 5:30 pm - Unleash your inner mixologist! Learn to craft delightful, alcohol-free beverages bursting with vibrant herbs, seasonal fruits, and enchanting winter flavors sourced straight from the farm.
**Farm-to-Table Dinner** 6:00 pm - Indulge in a nourishing, chef-curated meal that showcases the very best of the season. Each dish is prepared with love, featuring fresh ingredients grown on the farm. Expect a dining experience that is hearty, wholesome, and bursting with flavor.
**Post-Dinner Campfire** 7:00 pm - After dinner, gather around the crackling fire with warm drinks, cherished friends, and the serene magic of a winter night under the stars. Join us in celebrating community, creativity, and the beauty of seasonal change in a cozy, rustic setting. This event is suitable for all ages!
