Sustainable Farm Internship

Farm Description
The farm at Bellwether Farm Camp, Retreat, and Education Center began in 2018 and has experienced several iterations of leadership and direction. The current team has set their sights on regenerative agriculture, a market garden, and mid-sized crop cultivation as the 2025 season is upon us. Bellwether Farm is home to a 6-acre garden/food plot, sheep, goats, pigs, chickens, cows, a 4-season green house, and moveable hoop house. Honeybees, a small orchard, self-sustaining compost program, and camps and events for people of all ages complete our campus.

With regenerative goals in mind, we seek to build community and grow food for our dining hall, teaching kitchen, and community. We provide farm-based education and programming, and the farm is the centerpiece of our ~200 bed camp and retreat center. Guests and campers alike tour and experience the farm and see the produce coming to the dining hall where it is featured in each meal.
