Family Camp

Registration for this event has ended

Bellwether Farm is excited to offer intergenerational family camp on June 29-30. Groups of all ages can experience the fields, farms, and forests of Bellwether for a retreat weekend. Families will arrive Saturday morning between 9:00-10:00 a.m. and depart Sunday around 12:30 p.m. You can choose what activities you’d like to participate in, which include arts and crafts, farm time, hiking and creeking, archery, fishing, canoeing, gaga ball, basketball, and swimming. Large group games, worship, campfires, and all farm-to-table meals will anchor our time, ending with brunch and a creative and interactive Sunday Eucharist.

All cabins have already been purchased. You can still register for tent camping. You will need to bring your own tent, sleeping bag, and towels. Bathhouses with private showers, changing rooms, and toilet stalls are a short (1-2 minute) walk away, and the porches and paths are well-lit. There is no cost for children 5 and under, and the cost for accommodations, meals, and all programming is $65 per person. Scholarships are available if this is cost-prohibitive for families. This is a great opportunity for people of all ages to get away together, bond, adventure, and experience just a little bit of the joy of summer camp. Registration closes on June 12.
